Personal data processing regulations

1. Data controller: WeAreDots, SIA (dots.), legal address Kronvalda bulvāris 3-5, Rīga, LV-1010, Latvia, www.wearedots.com;

2. Personal data processing objective (purpose): provision of services supplied by dots., direct marketing, information on events organised by dots. and delivery of news and communications.

3. The basis for data processing: consent.

4. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by:

• sending an e-mail notification from the e-mail address indicated in your questionnaire to dots. e-mail address at info@wearedots.com; or
• sending written notice to dots. legal address (Kronvalda bulvāris 3-5, Rīga, LV-1010, Latvia); or
• clicking on the opt-out link “Unsubscribe from receiving future notifications” at the end of any commercial communication sent out electronically by dots.

Withdrawal of consent shall not affect any data processing carried out prior to withdrawal.

5. Personal data will be processed as needed until you have withdrawn your consent in accordance with the procedure specified in Paragraph 4 of these Regulations.

7. In case you consider personal data processing performed by dots. infringes your rights and interests, you have the right to file a complaint with the Data State Inspectorate – Blaumana street 11/13-11, Riga, LV-1011, Latvia.
