Project implementation

During the project implementation individual activities and deliverables in each phase are planned, including requirements analysis, configuration of system, data migration, user training, extension development and integration with external systems. Our Project plans are created using Success by Design implementation methodology by Microsoft. Certain steps and activities are better tailored to meet local needs of Latvia.
Solution design is the first phase of the project where a scope and integration needs are clarified.
Implementation phase includes several activities i.e. standard configuration of the system, development of extensions and customizations, testing and integration setup.
During deployment phase in cooperation with the customer, all parts of solution are joined together: configuration + customizations + data + integrations.
Last phase is the productive start of Usage, also known as Go-Live support.
